For 2025 AMMA, it is the responsibility of the delegates to secure their own accommodation while staying in Adelaide for the event. We have secured accommodation options for delegates. The rates published below are only available when booking accommodation as a part of your registration.

If you had registered to attend the conference and now wish to book accommodation at the conference rate, please email your arrival and departure dates and room requirements to Daniella.

Please email Daniella at Leishman Associates to cancel or change your accommodation prior to the Conference. If you need to cancel your accommodation booking within 30 days of your arrival date, any cancellation fees will be subject to the hotel cancellation policy. If you arrive 24 hours later than your indicated arrival day, charges will apply. If you alter your accommodation booking after you have checked in, please deal directly with the hotel.

  • Within 30 days prior to arrival – any room nights cancelled will incur 100% cancellation fee.
  • If a guest does not arrive on the agreed arrival date, they will be classed as a No Show. In this instance and/or should a guest decide to depart early, the Hotel will charge a 100% cancellation fee for all remaining room nights booked for the No Show or early departure guest.
  • Individual Guarantee. On check-in to the hotel each guest will be required to provide a credit card for a $100.00 per night pre-authorization to cover incidental Charges. In the event a guest does not have a credit card, a $100.00 per night EFTPOS bond (per room) will be taken and photo identification will be required such as a driver’s license or valid passport. This bond will be refunded upon checkout.
